`memory_session`	Manage working sessions — pin, scratch, collapse, discard
`memory_task`	Create, update, delegate, complete tasks
`memory_event`	Record immutable occurrences (system, external, user)
`memory_reasoning`	CoT cache: resolve, record, feedback
`memory_self_edit`	Agent edits its own memory (with mandatory reason)
`memory_entity`	Manage entities in the knowledge graph
`memory_introspect`	Self-model: coverage, gaps, strengths
`memory_strategy`	Procedural memory — “when X, do Y” patterns

Naming consistency

All tools follow the memory_<noun> pattern. Existing integrations keep working as the surface grows.
