Open-source questions, hosted-tier interest, security disclosures — here’s where to reach us.
I have a bug report or feature request
That’s the canonical place. Subscribe to the repo for updates. Bugs are triaged within 48 hours, features within a week.
I want to use the hosted tier (when it’s live)
→ Email contact@mnemosyne.dev with:
- Your name + company (if applicable)
- Approximate volume (sessions / month, tokens / session)
- Whether you need SLAs / DPA / SOC2
A hosted tier with multi-region failover and SLAs is in the roadmap. We’re picking pilot customers now.
I want to integrate Mnemosyne into my product
→ Open a Discussion.
That way the answer benefits everyone. If it’s commercially sensitive, email instead.
Security disclosure
→ Email security@mnemosyne.dev.
Encrypted via GitHub Security Advisories is also accepted and gets you a CVE automatically.
Please do not open a public issue for security findings.
I want to sponsor or contribute
→ Email hi@mnemosyne.dev or open a Discussion.
Sponsorship goes toward maintaining the OSS, paying for the hosted infrastructure, and freeing up time to ship the v3.0 roadmap (federation, self-editing memory, predictive anticipation).
I’m building something on Mnemosyne and want to show it off
→ Tag us. Open a Discussion. Tweet at the project.
We’ll feature you here and in the GitHub README.
Response time: emails within 2 business days. GitHub within 24 hours for triage, longer for the actual fix.
